Job Summary
As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing HR practices, sustainable HR initiatives, providing quick solutions using experience, and handle HR-related issues as they arise with organisational agility to guide decision making.

Responsibilities
♦️Responsible for executing and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
♦️Supervising recruitment processes and preparing job descriptions for hiring needs.
♦️Coordinate the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, onboarding, contract administration staffing, learning and development, performance mentoring and employee counselling.
♦️Manage the performance review process; provide employees and managers with information about the process, policies, job duties, and process for promotion.

Requirements
♦️BSC in Human Resources, Business Administration, law, or any relevant field
♦️Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Specialist
♦️CIPM/SPHR Certified.
