Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain lottery software, gaming platforms, and related IT infrastructure.
Ensure the security and integrity of customer data, financial transactions, and gaming systems.
Oversee IT support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades to enhance performance.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and developers for system integration and improvements.
Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
Monitor and analyze emerging technologies to drive digital innovation within the company.
Develop and manage IT budgets and procurement plans.
Lead a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, developers, and support staff.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are an added advantage.
7+ years in IT leadership, preferably in gaming, fintech, or telecom industries.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, database management, and cloud computing.
Experience managing IT teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
