Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

Someone who will manage the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and software.
Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and internet connections.
Provide technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues.
Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
Conduct regular system updates and implement cybersecurity measures.
Maintain IT inventory records, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
Assist in the procurement and setup of new hardware and software.
Conduct user training sessions and create IT manuals for staff.
Liaise with third-party vendors for system upgrades and repairs.
Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years’ experience.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and hardware.
Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Net Monthly.
