About the Job
Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative. You ensure a seamless experience in the hospital.
You’ll provide compassionate support, schedule appointments, guide patients through the admission and discharge processes, and address inquiries with professionalism.
Special attention will be given to surgery patients, offering them empathetic care, timely updates, and clear communication about procedures and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience in the healthcare or service industry is a plus.
Skill:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
