Salary range: 80,000 -100,000 monthly

Ayomatics Limited is hiring a Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

👉🏽Key Responsibilities
– Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
– Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
– Promote Ayomatics’ services to clients.

👉🏽Requirements
– Minimum OND qualification.
– At least 1 year of customer service experience (automotive industry experience is a plus).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
