There is an opportunity for Customer Service Representatives.

Salary – 120,000 – 150,000

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years proven experience client resolution, guest facing with marketing and upselling of products.
2. ⁠ Proficiency in actively engage with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
3. Strong negotiation abilities are essential for discussing prices and terms with customers.⁠
4. ⁠The role requires quick thinking and the ability to devise effective solutions to customer issues
5. ⁠Must have an understanding of customer needs and delivering exceptional service at all times.
6. ⁠Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
7. ⁠ Industry and retail Commercial awareness.
8. ⁠Proficient in MS Office, and basic knowledge of financial software (e.g. quickbook)
9. ⁠Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital communication tools is necessary.
10. ⁠Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall performance.
