Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Website Developer who excels at working independently on UI/UX without requiring a separate UI designer. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Elementor, coding skills, and the ability to customize WordPress websites, including dashboards. You should be adept at researching, creating premium and unique designs, and using plugins efficiently. The developer must also be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Website Development & Customization:
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders.
Work on both frontend and backend, including dashboards, templates, and plugins.
Ensure high-performance, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly websites.
Independent UI/UX Development:
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces without requiring a UI designer.
Research and implement premium, modern, and unique website designs.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Coding & Plugin Management:
Customize themes and plugins using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Integrate, modify, and optimize WordPress plugins for enhanced functionality.
Troubleshoot and debug coding issues efficiently.
Project Management & Delivery:
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Follow best practices in website security, optimization, and performance tuning.
Maintain clear documentation of development work.
Research & Innovation:
Stay up to date with the latest WordPress, Elementor, and industry trends.
Research and integrate new design techniques, plugins, and development tools to enhance websites.
Continuously improve website speed, functionality, and user experience.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work effectively within a team, coordinating with content creators, marketers, and business stakeholders.
Provide support and guidance to junior developers when needed.
Communicate project progress and challenges clearly to relevant team members.
Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in WordPress website development with a strong portfolio of multiple projects.
Elementor Expertise: Must be very proficient in Elementor, including working on all aspects of a website (pages, dashboards, UI components).
Coding Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Plugin Management: Excellent ability to install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot plugins.
Design & Research Skills: Must be innovative and good at researching and creating unique, premium designs.
Independence: Ability to work without a UI designer and deliver high-quality work independently.
Performance Optimization: Experience with speed optimization, security best practices, and SEO.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with teams and effectively communicate technical details.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in WooCommerce, API integrations, and WordPress security.
Familiarity with MySQL databases and server management.
Knowledge of custom post types, hooks, and filters in WordPress.
Experience with website analytics and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and design principles.
