Role Overview:

As an Ad-hoc Designer, you will work with us on a project-by-project basis, including website design (using Elementor), UI/UX for digital products, and graphics for marketing and branding. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure our designs not only look great but also perform well. Your role will cover everything from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and build websites using Elementor and other similar tools.

– Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for digital products.

– Produce high-quality graphic designs for various digital assets, including marketing materials, icons, and illustrations.

– Contribute to product design projects by creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

– Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve usability.

– Maintain and ensure consistency in brand visuals across all projects.

– Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

– Proficiency in Elementor for website design and layout creation.

– Strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on both web and mobile interfaces.

– Graphic design expertise, including experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar.

– Ability to work through the full design process—from research to wireframes to final product.

– Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

– Experience with responsive design for both desktop and mobile platforms.

– Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design work.

– Excellent communication and time management skills in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills:

– Knowledge of basic front-end web development (HTML/CSS) for better collaboration with developers.

– Experience in maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency across projects.

– Familiarity with SEO and web accessibility standards.
