Role Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Kuve, you will be responsible for transforming complex ideas into elegant, intuitive, and visually stunning digital interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of our diverse user base. Your work will play a critical role in shaping the user journey and driving overall product success.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine design strategies.
Design & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Develop interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools to validate design concepts.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
Design System & Best Practices:

Develop and maintain a consistent design system that aligns with Kuve’s brand identity.
Ensure adherence to UX best practices, accessibility standards, and modern design trends.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE): Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Figma Certification (or equivalent): Proven skills in modern design tools and collaborative design platforms.
Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
Google UX Design Professional Certificate
Any of the above listed certifications will be an advantage.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech startup or digital product environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects that highlight problem-solving and user-centric design methodologies.
Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design strategies.
Soft Skills:

Exceptional visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning.
