Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel planning, excellent customer service skills, and a keen understanding of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.

Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs.

Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry changes.

Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, regulations, and booking systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in travel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
