Job role: TELEMARKETERS
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

POST RESPONSIBLITY:
– Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
– Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
– Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
– Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods purchases, and reactions to products.
– Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
– Answering customers’ questions on the products
– Meeting sales quotas.

Job Requirements:
– Excelent communication skills.
– Creative thinking skills.
– The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
– Good sales ability.
– Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
– Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
– The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
– Minimum of OND/B.sc/Hnd
– 1 year of working experience

Work days: Monday – Saturday,
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Break Period: 12 pm – 1 pm

Salary/Benefit:
– Gross salary: 75,000 – 100,000+ (basic pay, performance, Saturday pay is double the pay, Seniority allowance and Transport subsidy inclusive)
– Weekly bonus.
– Public holiday is overtime pay paid times 3 for that day and are still paid as statutory at the end of the month.
– Public holidays are paid overtime 3 times for that day and still paid statutory at the end of the month
