Strategy & Business Performance Manager
The Strategy and Business Performance Manager will be responsible for aggregating and driving the strategy and day-to-day operations of the Bank and ensuring productivity and accurate analyses of business performance. The successful candidate will be tasked with annual and Long-term strategic business planning including financial product management and analyses, strategic partnerships, business performance tracking and reporting (including scorecard, sales analyses and delivery), operating model optimization, assessing the organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness to build a sustainable competitive advantage.
Key responsibilities
– Lead and co-ordinate a portfolio of strategic projects related to growth initiatives to accelerate go-to market and drive commercial outcomes.
– Lead annual strategic business planning processes to an agreed investment plan.
– Collaborate with leaders across clusters and functions within the and interact effectively in a matrix organization with Product, Marketing, risk etc.
– Oversee benchmarking and testing of competitive products to gain relevant information that can be applied to improve product specifications
– Conduct periodic researches on all possible products, solutions, approaches, and processes and recommend the most feasible options for business continuity and productivity, factoring cost effectiveness, sustainability and SWOT.
– Establish a program of up-to-date competitive analyses of the financial market including the profiling of competitive instrumentation, via constant research and market surveillance.
– Analyze business performance and implement strategies that will improve performance; develop contingency plans to deal with emergencies.

#Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
– Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategy development, Business Analyses or business performance management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
– Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
– Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
