Urgent Vacancy for Service Quality Improvement Officer

Job Mode: Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦230,000 (Gross)
Benefits: Subsidy allowance, 13th month, performance bonus.

About the Role: Ensure top-notch service delivery by optimizing work processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance service quality control systems.
Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct internal audits and quality assessments.
Train staff on quality and IT service management standards.
Monitor adherence to change management and service level agreements.
Support process documentation and analysis.
Analyze service incidents and propose solutions.
Generate quality performance reports.

Requirements:
B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Telecoms Engineering or related engineering field.
2-3 years’ experience in technical quality assurance or similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented, honest, and detail-oriented.
