Greet and engage customers warmly to understand their fashion needs and preferences.

Provide personalized styling advice to help customers choose items that match their style and fit.

Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-ups.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings, including new arrivals and promotions.

Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing by maintaining display standards.

Keep up-to-date with fashion trends to offer knowledgeable advice to customers.

Maintain professional appearance in line with our dress code.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide feedback to the store manager regarding customer preferences and sales trends.
