Shashwat Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. If you’re passionate about designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually stunning digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create engaging designs that elevate user satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

✅ User-Centered Design – Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to create intuitive designs.
✅ Wireframing & Prototyping – Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools.
✅ Visual Design – Develop clean, modern UI designs that align with brand identity and enhance user experience.
✅ Collaboration – Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
✅ Usability Testing – Identify and resolve UI/UX issues through A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback.
✅ Design System & Consistency – Maintain uniformity across products using a design system and style guides.
✅ Interaction Design – Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements for engaging user experiences.
✅ Responsive Design – Ensure mobile-friendly and cross-platform compatibility of UI components.
✅ Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
✔ Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
✔ Wireframing & Prototyping: Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
✔ Front-end Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers.
✔ User Research: Experience conducting usability testing, persona development, and heuristic evaluations.
✔ Design Thinking: Ability to define problems, ideate solutions, and create prototypes for testing.
✔ Responsive & Adaptive Design: Knowledge of mobile-first and cross-platform design principles.
✔ Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work in a team, receive feedback, and iterate designs.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, modern websites, and creative projects.
⭐ Familiarity with UX writing and microcopy for better user guidance.
⭐ Knowledge of motion design and interactive prototyping.
⭐ Experience with AI-driven UX and personalization strategies.
