Job Title: NOC Engineer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
Site Management:
Oversee the daily operations of solar sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor and manage equipment functionality and maintenance schedules.
Inventory Management:
Track and manage inventory levels of solar equipment and materials.
Coordinate with Field Service Engineers (FSE) for prompt resolution of site escalations.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary spare equipment.
Reporting:
Develop and maintain reports that highlight cost savings and efficiencies achieved.
Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports to stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and insights.
Generate and manage Material Request Forms (MRFs) to facilitate equipment and material procurement as required.
Create and issue delivery notes for inventory tracking and accountability.
Identify and document any issues or challenges impacting site performance.
Provide technical support to FSEs as needed.
Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible for audits and reviews.
Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance, inventory, MRFs, and delivery notes.
Escalation Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related escalations, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate operational challenges.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Propose and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 monthly.
