Job Title: MARKETING OFFICER

Location: ABUJA
Salary:350,000 – 400,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
● Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
● Collaborate with senior leadership to establish marketing goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPI’S).
● Plan, execute and measure the success of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
●Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
● Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for product or services on variety of media (social, print etc.)
● Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
● Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
● Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay er click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
● Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target.
● Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
● Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
EDUCATION & REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
● 4 – 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least two years in a management role
● Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
● Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
● Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
