We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic marketing manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand messaging, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading marketing initiatives that drive business growth, creating successful marketing campaigns, managing budgets, ensuring alignment with goals and target market needs and leading a team of marketing professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.eate and manage marketing campaigns, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes and reaching target audiences effectively.
• Oversee the development and consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing plan.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze marketing performance data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and marketing team management.
• MBA Certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
