Job Summary:

A leading hospitality provider in Lekki, seeks for a dynamic and creative individual with prior hotel receptionist experience to manage their front desk operations, create engaging visual content, and grow our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:
– Manage front desk operations
– Welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs
– Answer calls, respond to emails
– Maintain records, handle customer inquiries

Graphics Design:
– Create social media graphics, and flyers
– Develop visual content for hotel marketing

Social Media Marketing:
– Manage hotel social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
– Create engaging content, schedule posts
– ⁠Respond to online reviews/enquiry

Requirements:
– Female candidate
– 1-2 years of hotel receptionist experience (A must)
– Basic graphics design skills
– Social media marketing knowledge
– Excellent communication, organizational skills
– BSc , HND
