Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Marina, Lagos
Salary: 300,000 – 400,000

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide legal advice on various aspects of law (e.g., corporate, contract, employment)
– Interpret laws, regulations, and policies affecting the organization
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients.
– Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
– Identify and mitigate legal risks
– Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
– Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.

*Requirements & Skills *:
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer
– Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from a reputable university
– Professional certification (e.g., BL, LLM, ACLM) is an added advantage.
– Strong knowledge of Nigerian law and regulations
