Job Title: Learning and Development Lead

Location: Mainland Lagos
Work Style: Onsite

Position Overview:
The hiring company is dedicated to continuous learning and growth and is actively looking out for a dynamic Learning and Development Lead to spearhead its training initiatives. This role will design and implement effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational goals.

A few Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.

Work with the HR Team and HOD to identify training at staff diverse proficiency levels.

Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging training materials.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, etc.

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Learning and Development in either consulting, telecoms, fmcg or health sector.

Understands the deployment of L&D full dimension.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
