We’re looking for a reliable and independent WordPress Website Manager who not only builds and maintains great-looking websites, but also understands the why behind the design. You should have strong design taste, and be confident in making decisions without needing constant direction.

You’ll be responsible for building, updating, and managing WordPress websites (mainly with Elementor/Divi/etc.) that support business growth. You’re expected to think from a conversion and usability perspective, not just aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain WordPress websites with modern, clean, and responsive designs

Implement and suggest design changes that improve UX and conversion

Optimize pages for speed, SEO, and mobile performance

Integrate basic tools (contact forms, CRMs like HubSpot or Brevo, Calendly, Google Analytics, etc.)

Take ownership of website content layout and structure updates

Handle plugin updates, basic troubleshooting, and backups

Collaborate with marketing/sales when needed, suggesting site improvements for campaigns or landing pages

Requirements:

Proven experience with WordPress site creation and customization

Strong eye for modern, conversion-optimized design

Basic understanding of CRO, SEO principles, and site analytics

Familiarity with tools like Elementor, WPForms, RankMath/Yoast, Google Analytics, etc.

Experience integrating CRMs or email tools is a plus

Good written communication and self-management

Bonus Skills:

Light HTML/CSS or JS knowledge

Experience with email marketing tools

Experience setting up tracking (GA4, FB Pixel, etc.)

Basic understanding of funnels or lead generation
You’re a fit if you:

Make decisions on your own and suggest improvements

Think about the business impact, not just the layout

Can communicate clearly, manage your time, and meet deadlines
