The Head of Housekeeping will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping services of the hotel such as laundry, customer service, communication, and supervisory tasks.

Assign housekeeping tasks
Create staffing schedules
Provide orientation and training
Offer high-quality customer service
Manage the inventory and order supplies
Issue supplies and equipment to staff
Perform cleaning duties when there is a staff shortage
Prepare reports
Establish standards and procedures for work
Examine and determine the need for repair and replacement
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
Recommend service improvements to the management
Give clear instructions.
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Supervisory skills for leading and managing teams
Laundry experience for handling laundry operations
Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and guests
Effective communication skills to communicate with team members
Housekeeping skills for maintaining a clean and organized facility
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management is a plus.
