Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation sessions.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure they are updated in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
Provide support in processing employee benefits and payroll-related activities.

Employee Relations:

Address basic employee queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
Support the implementation of initiatives to foster employee engagement and satisfaction.

Compliance and Policies:

Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Assist in conducting audits to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.

Training and Development:

Support the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
Assist in tracking employee training records and feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
