This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Consultant at SIAO Partners. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for providing HR management support, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. This role involves working closely with clients to address their HR needs and provide strategic HR solutions.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies expertise
Knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in HR consulting or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
