Salary: 4,800,000-6,000,000 Annual Gross Salary

A renowned one-stop retail supermarket requires the services of a Head of Security personnel.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Requirements :
– Bachelor degree in a relevant field
– Previous experience in managing security teams and infrastructure
– An MBA degree is a plus
– Previous experience in the armed forces is an added advantage.
– Strong knowledge of security policies and regulations
– Good communication and Interpersonal skill.

Job Description
The Head of Security and Safety is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security and safety program to protect the company’s people, assets, and reputation. This includes developing and maintaining security policies and procedures, managing the company’s security team, and overseeing the company’s security and safety infrastructure. The Head of Security and Safety also works closely with other departments, such as human resources, legal, and operations, to ensure that the company’s security and safety program is aligned with its overall business goals.
