Job Title: Graphics / UX-UI Design Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
• We are looking to hire a proactive and creative Graphics/UX-UI Officer who is result-oriented and self-motivated to join our team.
• This Individual will be responsible for all our graphics and presentations and will be required to work from our office in Ikeja.
Responsibilities
Web/App Design:
• Create and design prototypes for web & mobile apps;
• Understanding and producing excellent designs from user requirements;
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand;
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions within a limited time frame;
• Creating wireframes, visual/graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps & prototypes;
• Collaborating with the marketing team & developers to ensure the creation/delivery of projects;
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop or Corel Draw, and Adobe Illustrator;
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities;
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design;
• Create and maintain site documentation;
Graphics Design:
• Design/create graphics to meet specific client needs, logos/banners;
• Create visual concepts using Video Scribe & Easy Sketch Pro;
• Design presentation materials or products;
• You will be required to perform any other required task as assigned to this role.
Person Specification
• A natural flair for brilliant designs;
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision;
• Excellent command of English Language – Written and Spoken;
• Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills;
• An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;
• Ability to achieve set goals with attention to details;
• Ability to prioritise workload and complete in a timely manner;
• Ability to consistently produce work of a high standard;
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Understanding of Software Life Cycle, UX-UI User & Functional Testing
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / month.
