Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month (depending on level of experience)

Our Client is a firm in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria, dedicated to excellence and innovation. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters within the oil and gas industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and manage risk effectively.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel as necessary.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on legal developments affecting the oil and gas industry and advise on potential impacts.

Qualifications:
Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar by 2020 or earlier.
Minimum 4 years experience in corporate and commercial law is a must.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month (depending on level of experience)
