Responsibilities

Design and develop building plans and layouts that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Oversee the architectural integrity of projects from conception through construction.
Collaborate with builders, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of experience in architectural design, ideally in residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
