Job Summary
We are hiring skilled Product Designers to join our dynamic team and contribute to innovative software solutions. As a Junior Designer you will be responsible for supporting the design process, helping to create engaging visuals, and ensuring consistency across design. You will collaborate with senior designers and other team members to produce user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand.assets.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll take the lead in crafting high-quality design assets, ensuring a cohesive visual identity, and making strategic design decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead design projects, and mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the creation of visually appealing and functional product interfaces.
* Apply data-driven, user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
* Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms to ensure a cohesive and professional appearance.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and customer-facing teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives.
* Create visuals and models that simplify complex technical concepts and data.
* Conduct design reviews and gather feedback to refine and enhance design quality.
* Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team’s overall design output.

Requirements:
* 4-5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing web * mobile design work.
* Advanced understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and design systems.
* Proven ability to create user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces.
* Experience creating data-driven, hypothesis-based design solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
* Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple design projects.
* Familiarity with B2B SaaS industry trends and design best practices
