SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking to hire a competent and ambitious individual who has a knack for sales, a Sales Executive with an ardent result oriented person who is looking to be a part of a fast pace luxury Real estate company

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Candidate must be preferably a female for gender balance with at least two (2) years of continuous business development experience from a reputable real estate or similar firm with a proven track record in sales. Must have knowledge in corporate & traditional marketing. She must be ready to join our team in creating client databases and advertising promotional activities for the company to measure, enhance and enrich the sales

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them in purchasing our property.
* Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
* Maintain and update listings of available properties.
* Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for the company’s building projects
* Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at the property level and at a corporate level requirements.
* Follow-up with leads to increase sales
* Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
* Attract prospective clients to promote new business
* Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.

REQUIREMENT:

a.Proven working experience as a Real Estate Realtor or sales executive
b. Proven track of successful sales record

POSITION: Sales Executive.

LOCATION: Shoprite Sangotedo, Ajah Axis.

Renumeration: 80k plus other marketing incentives and commission on sales.
