We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store
Ensure excellent customer service
Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store
Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets
Ensure staff adhere to company policy
Training of staff members
Inspecting inventory shipments
Resolving customer complaints
Collaborate with branch Manager to achieve goals & objectives
Must possess leadership and people management skill.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
