Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum of Second Class Upper in any discipline from a Nigerian University (or its equivalent from a Foreign University)
* Must have completed the NYSC
* Not more than 26 years of age
* Law graduates must have a minimum of Second Class Upper from the Nigerian Law School
