Real Estate Senior Investment Advisor
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Our Client, a metropolitan Real Estate Development and Investment firm is seeking a dynamic Investment Advisor to bring in new Businesses, Clients and ensure installment payments are made accordingly. You will be responsible for meeting your Sales Target monthly and quarterly which is used for building development projects to meet clients’ needs.

Responsibilities
• Delving into the HNI (High Net Worth Individuals) community via networking and seeking out new opportunities
• Seeking out new Business opportunities for the Company
• Closing Real Estate deals for the Company
• Analyzing the Real Estate Market and reporting findings with suggestions
• Ability to use CRM to record all sales activities, calls, meetings, inspections and other necessary information

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum of 5 years and above Real Estate Sales background
• Good presentation skills using PowerPoint and any other analytic tool
• Experience in the luxury Real Estate Market
• Strong and admirable networking skills
• Good command of oral and written English
• Ability to work in Teams, observe and be guided by work processes
• Ability to write formal emails/Business Letters using the right tone and words
