Head of Talent Acquisition (Hybrid) Needed at Tricy Global Ltd in Lagos State

Job Description

Location: Lagos
Sector: BPO/ Data Analytics/AI
Salary Budget: 57m-74m NGN per annum

Requirements:
• 8+ years end to end recruiting experience, and experience as a business leader familiar with setting up a business unit from the ground up.
• Preferably in leading multinational companies (including startups/scale-up’s) and global consultancies/professional services firms.
• Ideal profiles have a mix of corporate (in-house) and global staffing agency experience.
• Must have experience recruiting mid-senior level talent, and managing strategic and operational “People” issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a deep understanding of, and extensive experience operating in Africa.
• Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ability to navigate in ambiguous and dynamically changing environments.
