Overview: Lead the entire accounting department, set financial strategies, and ensure the highest standards of financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Lead internal and external audit processes
Mentor and develop the accounting team
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
