Job Title: Driver

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and reliable Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the employer.
The ideal candidate should be punctual, have excellent knowledge of road safety rules, and ensure the vehicle is always in top condition.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport the employer to and from destinations, including work, meetings, and personal errands.
Maintain a high standard of driving etiquette and strictly adhere to traffic laws.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and coordinate necessary servicing and repairs.
Plan and follow efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
Assist the employer with loading and unloading items when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and business matters.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends and late evenings when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Safety Record: Maintain a 100% accident-free driving record.
Punctuality & Reliability: Ensure on-time arrival for all scheduled trips (95% or above).
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle in excellent condition, with zero unreported faults and less than two unplanned breakdowns per year.
Fuel Efficiency: Maintain optimal fuel usage, ensuring no excessive consumption or wastage.
Employer Satisfaction: Achieve 90%+ positive feedback from the employer regarding professionalism, driving skills, and reliability.
Route Optimization: Demonstrate efficient route planning, ensuring travel time is minimized for every trip.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain 100% confidentiality regarding employer’s personal and business matters.
Requirements

SSCE qualification
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
Strong knowledge of roads, traffic rules, and shortcuts within lagos
Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to handle flexible work hours, including weekends and late nights if needed.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
