Our client is a leading company in the retail industry, urgently seeks to fill the role of a Customer Service Representative.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1

Salary: 72k Monthly + sales incentive

Other Benefits: HMO + Feeding + Pension + Transport Allowance + 13th Month etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them in locating products.

– Understand customer needs and provide recommendations or solutions.

– Answer questions about products, promotions, pricing, and store policies.

– Promote and explain features and benefits of products to encourage purchases.

– Suggest complementary products or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

– Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining organized displays.

– Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of low-stock items.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, counters, and checkout areas.

– Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient solutions.

– Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

▪ SSCE/OND holders

▪ Minimum of 1 year experience

▪ Good communication skills (written and verbal)

▪ Good interpersonal skills.

▪ Attention to detail
