• Branch Management
• Conduct trainings for loan officers
• Conduct regular review and visits to client with outstanding portfolio at risk (PAR)
• Ensure mandates are uploaded on system
• Ensure all accounts opened are KYC compliance with the bank policies and BVN verification are done on all the accounts.
• Vault and liquidity management.
• Transactions call over done daily and promptly
• Reports renditions are done promptly
• Dormant account reset
• Cost control in the branch to stay within budget
• Effective supervision of all operation staff
• Asset maintenance
• Generate profit.
