_Job Summary:_

We’re looking for a highly skilled IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance, resolve hardware/software issues, and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

_Responsibilities:_

– Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software
– Manage IT inventory, track assets, and ensure compliance
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
– Implement IT security measures and best practices
– Conduct regular system checks and maintenance
– Provide training and support to end-users

_Requirements:_

– 2-4 years of experience in IT support or related field
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Proficiency in:
– Windows/Mac OS
– Microsoft Office Suite
– Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
– IT security best practices
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

_Preferred Qualifications:_

– CompTIA A+, N+, or equivalent certification
– Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., Helpdesk software)
– Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

_Work Mode:_

– Hybrid (Combination of remote and in-office work)
– Flexible schedule with occasional on-site presence required

Salary: 150k-200k
