Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Intermediate UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for Bazara’s AI-powered platforms. This role demands a user-centric approach to design, aligning with Bazara’s Purpose-Driven Architecture and Core Values of customer focus, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for Mobile, Web and Wearable applications using Figma and related tools.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes and prototypes that reflect user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs, adhering to Bazara’s Software Engineering Excellence Framework.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system for Bazara’s web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and deliver designs optimized for performance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows, exploring innovative solutions for user engagement.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Commitment to Bazara’s core values, with a focus on customer-centric design and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Tools and Technologies:
• Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Prototyping and Collaboration: Confluence, Draw.io, Lucid Chart, MS Teams.
• Testing and Feedback Tools: A/B testing tools, usability testing frameworks.
• Frameworks: Design integration with React and React Native.
Preference
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their application in enhancing user experiences.
• Experience in designing financial service solutions.
• Knowledge of usability testing frameworks and methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
