Our client is a fast-growing mining and precious metal trading company focused on identifying
niche markets and providing innovative and reliable services to advance global trade.

Title: Human Resources Manager AN
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos.
Industry: Mining
Salary Band: N300,000-N350,000
Reports To: Director of Operations

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the gold trading industry.
-Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving conflicts and maintaining employee engagement.
-Ensure adherence to the company’s core values and ethics, particularly in relation to gold trading and responsible sourcing.
-Facilitate career development and succession planning initiatives.
-Conduct market research to ensure the company remains competitive in employee offerings.
-Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention, and performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the trading or commodities sector.
-Strong understanding of labour laws and employment regulations.
-Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Leadership experience with a strong focus on employee engagement and
organizational development.
