Key Responsibilities:
– Manage HR policies, procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and financial management roles.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/financial management software.
– Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work efficiently.
– High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
