Job Title: Group Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Contract: 3-year minimum commitment
Salary: ₦700,000 per month (after deductions)
Benefits: Basic HMO, performance bonuses, potential benefit review after six months
Position Summary
The Group Manager will oversee beauty-focused operations and real estate/facility management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with the ability to drive revenue growth, manage teams, and ensure operational excellence across diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities
Beauty Sector:
Revenue Generation: Achieve a minimum of ₦10 million in monthly revenue from services and products, with ₦5 million from beauty services within the first six months.
Operational Management: Ensure efficient daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Launch of New Café: Oversee the successful launch, staffing, and promotion of the café to establish it as a significant revenue channel.
Audience Growth: Expand market reach through effective use of social media and online platforms.
Real Estate & Facility Management:
Client Acquisition: Secure three new facility management contracts per quarter within the first six months.
Project Management: Oversee facility management projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to high-quality standards.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead facility management teams, ensuring best practices and service excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in operational leadership, revenue growth, and team management.
Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and leadership skills with a focus on delivering results.
Compensation & Benefits
