Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective visual communications that capture our brand’s essence and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative design concepts that meet our brand’s objectives and appeal to our target audience.
– Visual Design: Create high-quality visual designs for various mediums, including social media, websites, print materials, and advertising.
– Brand Identity: Develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure design aligns with overall marketing strategies.
– Design Software Proficiency: Proficiently use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
– Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
– Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
– Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
– Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.
– Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:
– Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics and animation.
– Web Design: Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design.
– Coding Skills: Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
