Job Brief: Graphic Designer

Salary Range: #200,000-#300,000 monthly

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials. This role involves working closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring that all designs align with the brand’s identity and communicate the desired message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design high-quality graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, print media, and more.

•Develop and maintain brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

•Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals for campaigns and projects.

•Prepare design files for print and digital output.

•Stay updated on design trends and techniques, incorporating them into your work.

•Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

•B.Sc in Fine Arts or related discipline

– Atleast 3 years of professional proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.

•Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

•Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

•Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.

•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

•Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Knowledge of UI/UX design.

•Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
