Akentertainment is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Customer Service Representative
Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Customer Service Responsibilities:
– Manage large amounts of customers inquiries.
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements and Skills:
– First Degree or HND in any relevant field with 2-3 years work experience.
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
– Must have good typing skill.
– Between 20 – 26 years old.
– Candidate should live within Ikeja.
– Familiarity with computer and practices.
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
