Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and business transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and handle mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, offering strategic legal counsel.
• Collaborate with the legal team on various corporate law projects.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of post-call experience in corporate commercial law practice.
• Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, and business transactions.
• Excellent written, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and a commitment to professional excellence.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
