TMAsourcing Solutions is recruiting a Female Customer Service Representative for a ready-to-wear fashion house located in Ogudu. We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual with a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills The ideal candidate will assist clients fashion needs, provide personalized recommendations, manage sales transactions and create engaging social media content through pictures and videos. She will also ensure the store maintains a professional and creative atmosphere.
Job Description:
Attend to customers and ensure excellent customer service.
NCE/OND/BSC
Take accurate body measurements for customers when required
Provide information about products, styles, and services.
Create and post engaging photos and videos for store’s social media platforms.
Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing..
Assist customers in selecting fashionable items and offer style advice
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Customer service or similar role.
Basic Tailoring silks (an added advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take accurate measurements and understand client’s needs
Passion for fashion,attention to details and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in creating social media content (photos/videos)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday:10am-7pm and Saturday: 10am-5pm
Salary: ₦70,000 monthly.
