We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Locations: Wuse, Abuja (FCT) & Lekki, Lagos
Work Hours: Mondays – Fridays 9 am – 6 pm

Job Overview:
– We are seeking a proactive enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to manage client communications across social media platforms and respond to incoming phone calls for both Msmetics and Outlash.
– This role is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:
– Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
– Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
– Escalate complaints or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
– Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
– Provide clear solutions or direct customers to additional resources if further assistance is required.
– Strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, patient, and knowledgeable service.

Qualifications:
– ND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in any field.
– Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
– Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
– High level of professionalism and patience in handling challenging situations.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent communication, innovation, and collaboration skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.

Salary and Benefits:
– N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
